Planning for the final task: Location, Health, Schedule, and more

 Location: 

We will be filming at Marius house which is by a school, and a busy street.





Schedule:

03/02/21 - 03/18/21 We are going to be finalizing certain things to film our final task. During this time we will be confirming wether or not we will have permission to film in Marius place. Along with confirming the filming spot we will also be getting our outfits ready and getting all the props needed for the film. 

03/19/21-  03/26/21- We are going to be filming out final task. This will most likely happen towards the beginning of Spring Break. During Spring Break we will be focusing on filming and editing out Final task. We will try to film half the of the opening scene on the 21 of March. Then film the last part of the opening scene on the 23rd of March. The days in between filming will be used to edit the scenes we already have and to look over the scenes to see if anything is off.  

03/27/21- 03/31/21 This will be for going over all the scenes that we have for our final task. In these days if we need to reshoot something because we missed it during spring break we will fix it then. This will also act as extra editing time for the editing the scenes.

Health and Safety 

To make sure that we are all ok I have asked Marius parents to have a first aid kit in the area. This will ensure if any of us get hurt while being on set then we will be able to patch them up. We will have multiple phones on or near us so just in case we can call 911 if needed. 

In the scene where there is a dead body we would be having the person hold their breath while the camera is moving over the dead body. The person that would be dead would have to be someone who is able to hold their breath underwater.

This movie is a nice classic murder mystery, similar to the likes of Clue and Murder on the Orient Express.  So today we have finishers with the editing of our video. This was a good thing for us because we are able to see our final product. Once we finished editing we looked over our video. We were looking them to see if anything was bad. We looked it over and everything seemed fine. We then were talking about what to do next. This is where we had some discussion. We had to talk about what we wanted to do next. One person wanted to relax and do nothing. One other person wanted to finish up the rest of the blogs. And I had no clue what to do. We then had an argument on what we should do it went nowhere. Then once we stopped arguing we then had to leave Marius place cause it got late. After we got home we texted each other. Title Research: 2001: A Space Odyssey

  What titles are displayed during the opening sequences? - During the Opening sequence, there is, at first, nothing. Then, about 45 seconds in, we get to see the first name. That name is Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, the company who made this movie. The next name, which appears soon after, is that of Stanley Kubrick, the producer of the movie. Finally, we see the title screen. What images are prioritized in the opening sequence? -In the opening sequence, the first image is an all black screen. Eventually, we see a big white circle begin to appear, and we realize that it is actually a planet. We slowly move up from the original black screen (which is actually a planet), and more unto the white circle with some light behind it. What connotations do these images carry? - These images carry an interesting connotation, as they are beautiful and gives us an image to look at, leaving the audience in awe at the images and the music especially.
